The models are encrypted so LTSpice doesn't work.

TinaTI doesn't have a model

And the free version of PSpice won't simulate it because it has too many nodes.

Vin: 0.9-1.6v
Vo: 3.3v
Io: 20-100mA

TPS613221A's efficiency at Vin=0.9V, Io=100mA condition is very low, around 70%. could they accept it? TLV61021 is also a good option , its conversion efficiency is muhc higher than TPS613221A.

I'm not as concerned about efficiency as I am about what kind of ripple it will produce at higher loads. I can't find the product page for "TLV61021" and it doesn't appear to be in stock with any third party supplier.
