Hi there,
I'm assuming the 5V current requirements for a TPS53667 / CSD95490Q5MC design are tiny (<100mA), but I'd like to confirm this please? The TPS53667 datasheet specs <7mA, and IVdd is not mentioned on the CSD datasheet, guessing it's not particularly high.
