BQ24450: Inability to pair Bluetooth mouse to Dell XPS 15 9550 (late 2015 model)

Part Number: BQ24450

Hello,

This is an issue I've come across, and the fix is non-obvious, so hopefully it will help someone. My particular issue was trying to use a Logitech MX Anywhere 2 mouse (it supports both Bluetooth and RF receiver) with an XPS 15 (Windows 10 Home). The unifying receiver resulted in lag, jerkiness, and stuttering. Attempting to pair with Bluetooth would show the mouse as available to pair, but when pressing pair, it says cannot pair, please make sure the device is available to pair. The solution is to go to Device Manager -> Network Adapters -> Dell Wireless 1830 802.11ac -> Advanced tab -> set "Bluetooth Collaboration" to off. This could just be a temporary issue with drivers that will get fixed in a future update, as Bluetooth collaboration is supposed to ensure this kind of compatibility issue doesn't arise.

Please help

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
