I am using TPS61196 to drive two different types of LCD backlight one with Vf= 21 VDC @ 120mA/CH and other with Vf= 30VDC @ 60mA/CH both having dual channels. Using any type of LCD with the single channel, TPS61196 is working fine but with the dual channel, it's not working at all Vout=0 and the fault pin remains high all the time even when the driver is in normal condition. The second problem is TP61196 is not turning on immediately when power is removed from the circuit, usually I have to wait for some time and then it works. I tried so many things but not able to solve these problems I am attaching the schematic kindly go through it and help me in this matter.
