Hi Sir 

I saw TPS2595 Ilim pin can provide a analog voltage to ADC to know the current value 

Could you give me a example to know how to calculate

    Hi Kai,

    Select RILM as per desired current limit threshold.
    For example, with RILM of 487 Ohm and GIMON of 276 uA/A (typ). The voltage at Ilim pin for load current of 1A is 487Ohm*276 uA/A=134mV. Hope this helps.
