Hello, I want some advice to e-fuse device.
Use the following power specifications.
1. Design e-fuse circuit to Datasheet reference
2. Input Power : 14.4[V] / 2~3[A]
3. e-Fuse Setting I-Limit : 1.3[A]
4. e-Fuse Setting Over Voltage : 15[V]
and then, i'm doing short-circuit test to output and ground. 3-4 times is okay, but after that it is broken.
Does anybody know why an e-fuse is broken? I need advice on this situation.
