Hello Ian,

I think that the answer to your question could be found on the datasheet as the min and max Thermal Shutdown threshold (Section 7.5 Electrical Characteristics, TPS61194-Q1 Datasheet). Min, TYP, and Max Thermal Shutdown threshold are 150°C, 165°C, and 175°C respectively.
