Hello,

I wanted to know whether the power on timing sequence as show in the attached file for the LCD will be met by TPS65100 regulator.

I reviewed the datasheet and figure 10 shows a power up sequencing for this device which seems to meet most of the timing requirements you described in your timing diagram except that it does not meet T5 (T5>10ms) i.e. VGH coming on 10ms after VGL and AVDD. Power up sequencing in the datasheet shows that VGH comes up within 500us of VGL.
DVDD can be generated from the integrated linear regulator controller which has separate enable control that can be controlled by the system independent of the other regulated rails.

Is it possible to externally control VGH power up sequence to T5> 10ms?
If not, TPS65105 is it suitable to use to generate external power for this particular 10.1" LCD without meeting the timing requirement for VGH.

Hello Nishmitha,

There are no external inputs to control power on sequencing so it is fixed as shown in figure 10 in the datasheet.
Whether this power up sequence is usable for this particular display, I will not be able to answer and this should be discussed with the display supplier.
