TPS2373: replace Opto-isolators for TPH, TPL and BT by TI Isolator

Dear team,

Because my customer have to use the TPL/TPH/BT 3 pins indicator which are isolate signals. I saw datasheet suggest to use Opto-isolators, may I know could we use TI Isolation solution like ISO7730 to replace? If yes, may I know if there is any 5V from TPS2373 primary side that could be used to power ISO7730? Because maximum Vcc1 of ISO7730 is 5.5V. Thank you.

    Hi Polly,

    You can derive 5V from either the 48V Vdd or the 12V VC_In (from the bias winding). This can be done with an LDO or resistor divider and a 5.1V zener diode connected between the Vcc1 of the ISO7730 and RTN.
