3S charger solution

Hi

my customer request one chager solution as below condition

1. 3S li battery

2. software control(i2c best, if no,smbus also be ok). need select 4.2v/cell or 4.35V/cell charge voltage. (if HW control solution can meet this point is best solution)

3. Low cost

Please help recommend suitable solution.
