I need to use LM3410xmf/NOPB. My input is 5v. my output requirements is 12V, 500mA. But when i give this requirements in WEBENCH it didn't shows this IC. Is there any problem in my part selection?

Please find the below steps to create the design for the above input-output conditions.
a) Go to LM3410 home page and click on Open design
b) Enter the operating current, forward voltage as per your requirement shown in below image. Select the custum LED and then click on Open design
c) Below is the design for the condition Vin ~ 5-5V, Vout ~ 12V and Iout ~0.5A.
