Hi

My customer will use TPS548A20 or TPS549A20 under Vin=5V and Vout=3.3V.
Could I use those devices under this condition?
Could you tell me the max Duty cycle of TPS548A20 and TPS549A20?

    Yokota-san,
    There is no direct limitation to duty cycle. The maximum duty cycle is determined by the minimum off time ( 240 nsec typ, 310 nsec max) and teh selected switching frequency. So for your case, the maximum switching frequency = (1 - (3.3 / 5)) /310E-9 = 1.098 MHz. You should be able to use any of the switching frequency options of 850 kHz or lower.
