Hi Dice-K,

The Vadj pin in the LMZ31520 is connected internally to a PWM comparator which drives the control logic and divider for the HI-side and LOW-side FETS.

Yes, connecting the SENSE+ pin connection directly at the load will result in accurate regulation at the connection point. Keep this trace seperate from VOUT until the connection point at the load.
