Hello.

I have a question about the OCP 3 threshold of UCC 256302.

Variation of the threshold of OCP 3 is shown in the data sheet
Temperature -40 ℃ to 125 ℃: 0.49V to 0.79V.
How is the variation of -10 ℃ to 125 ℃?
Also, what is the variation at 25℃ ambient temperature?
typ: 0.64 V = 25 ° C is good? Is there a variation?

Hi Masazumi-san,

Thanks for your interest in UCC256302. From -10°C to 125°C, the OCP threshold will vary between 0.61 and 0.79V. The variation at room temperature is fairly small and 0.64V is a good value to use for design calculation.

thank you for your answer.
There are three things I would like to confirm.

①Is it possible to get a graph of OCP3 threshold voltage versus temperature characteristics?

②Although it is said that the variation at room temperature is very small,
　is it possible to present measured values of OCP 3 threshold voltage in multiple lots? (data with n = 100, 3 or more lots)

③Is there a way to check the threshold voltage of OCP3 by us?
