Hi, 

I'd like to ask some question about the safety requirements of TPS65313(PMIC) and LP87332(DCDC).

Q1:  Safety Manual for TPS65313-Q1 says "The TPS65313-Q1 product is developed as a safety element out of context (SEooC) with target safety goal of ASIL-C. "(page9)

        What grade is required to mass-produce? (Is ASIL-C sufficient in general?  How safety is ASIL-C?)

Q2:  What is ASIL level of LP87332(DCDC)?

        I don't have  Safety Manual for LP87332(DCDC). If it is exist, please send me.

    Hi,

    TPS65313-Q1 is a safety device and we do not support this device on E2E as safety details are disclosed under SafeTI NDA only. I will provide you the feedback to your questions through email. Could you please provide your email ID?

    LP8733 is only QM managed device and we do not claim any safety for this part. But we use TPS65313-Q1 monitoring pins to monitor LP8733 output voltage. We will share more details through email.
