Hi,

my customer is designing for battery learning machine that require 3W isolated DC/DC converter

to replace the existing power module.

Vin=18v~30v Vout=5v
Vin=18v~30v Vout=+/-15V

please help recommend suggested design

Is it isolated or non isolated?

Sorry, Question it self has isolated DC/DC converter.
LM5160 useful for +5V design.

Thanks, is there recommendation for +/-15V output?

Same IC you can use for +15V output.
As well as If you want -15V, construct one more section of winding in secondary side of transformer ( in order to get -15V (isolated) take the output in reverse direction)
