The purpose will be 32 channel RGB in consideration and space was limited, so LP5018/24 is thought first,

Hi, Philip,

Please refer to the LP5024 code:

LP5024_Ring_Demo_16LEDs.zip

It's code driving 2 LP5024, including some patterns for 16 RGB LEDs.

It should be easy to refer this for Linux since it's I2C interface and all is about using I2C writing / reading data.
