Hi,

Want to confirm if LM25119 dual phase can support Vin 14~27V convert to ouput 12V/37A design?

Hi Randy,

For LM25119 yes it can support 2-phase with 12V/37A output. You will need to select proper FETs for 18.5A per phase to manage the power loss.

Hi Randy,

One concern is the maximum duty circle at 14Vin, 12Vout.
The forced HO off-time is 320ns typical, 430ns maximum.

To ensure duty circle is large enough at 14Vin and 12Vout, the Fsw should be low to make the high-side off time larger than 430ns.
