My customer is interested in using TPS70950DBVR in their design. Could you please let us know what is the output accuracy of TPS70950DBVR over the full temp range. The datasheet only specified the output accuracy for Ta = -40 to 85 degC.

As you note, the final test conditions for TPS709 are only specified for Ta from -40C to 85C; however, the Typical Characteristics curves can give you an idea of the temperature drift.

TPS709 is only tested up to 85 C and is therefore only specified to be 1% up to 85 C. However, TPS709-Q1 is tested from -40 to 125 C. If your application requires the 1% specification over the full temperature range, please use TPS709-Q1 for your application.
