LP8860-Q1: Is out1~4 pin need a 2.2nF cap connect to GND for ESD??

Hi, All:

As the title, Customer want to add a 2.2nF cap on OUT 1~OUT 4 for ESD. Is this needed?

If yes, what is the range of cap value is recommended?? and how much voltage rating needed?( base on Vboost is 48V )
