I am working on Efficiency calculation for LM73606 (Synchronous Buck Dc-Dc converter).
I am struck at computing "Power dissipation - Switching Loss" for the same for my design.
For computing the same, I need to know the following:
1. tswHS_rise - the time it takes the gate voltage to rise from its threshold value to the end of the plateau interval
2. tswHS_fall - the time it takes the gate voltage to fall from the beginning of the plateau interval to the threshold value
I am unable to get the values for the same in the datasheet.
Request to share the same.
