LMR14206: Soft Start requirement

I am using LMR14206XMK/NOPB in our design. I analyse the inrush requirement for my design. I am driving the /SHDN pin as in the below schematic. Could you please let me know that how to calculate the rise time/start up time of the output voltage for my circuit? Because I couldn't get the answer from the datasheet.

The typical soft start time is about 200us.
This time can be increased with a capacitor on the SHDN pin.
Please see page 8 of the data sheet

Thanks for the response.

I couldn't get the 200us spec from datasheet. Whether this is the time to ramp up to 5V as per my design?

With 5Vout it may be something like 300us.
