What is the difference BTW original TPS56121 and TPS56121B?

What are the changes from original part?

    Some of the changes are listed below...
    EN/SS functionality: After soft-start is complete, the EN/SS pin is changed to EN pin (soft-start multiplexed functionality is removed). This prevents negative inductor currents in case of slow pull-down of EN_SS pin during shut-down.
    Gate-drivers/PWM: Gate driver logic changed to avoid shoot-through in the case of PWM double-pulsing. PWM circuit modified to avoid double-pulsing.
    Thermal shutdown fault: The TSD fault is now digitally filtered and latched.
    Besides these the input voltage abs max changed from 14V to 16V and Abs max ratings for SW pin was added.
