TPS54260: P2P solution to replace Infineon IFX91041EJV50

I am not aware of the part that has the pin to pin compatibility but for the same package you can probably use
LMR23630

It is a SOIC 8 package, synchronous buck converter (all the compnesation are internal and the FETs are internal)

For non synchronous part maybe you can use
LMR14020
www.ti.com/.../lmr14020.pdf
