Hi,

My customer is looking for a cross reference for VT6M1.  I'm not aware of any Nch + Pch packages, do you have a recommendation?

    Thanks for posting.
    Unfortunately we do not have any N&P multichip packaged devices. So the only option we could offer is a single discrete nch and a discrete pch device which would mean a board re-design.
    Looking at the device specs, the lowest cost option woudl be using our silicon package FemtoFET products in what we call the F3 outline, it is 0.64x0.73 outline, so very small and even 2 of these would be smaller than a single dual package. In addition the resistance are much lower.
    Nch I would recommend is CSD15380F3
    Pch I would recommend is CSD25480F3
