Hi, our system is powered by 48V battery and we use LM5069 as in-rush current controller. The external circuit is designed as the datasheet and the parameters are as below:
Rsns=2mΩ；
Rpwr=22k；
Ctimer=0.1uF;
Cout=3000uF;
Q1:STP100N10F7: 100V/80A
The maximum bus current is 30A and the problem is Q1 is easily burnt at the moment of power on.
