TPS62801: Correct marking!

Part Number: TPS62801

Hello,

We have purchased 100pcs of TPS62801YKAT from Mouser and see that device is marked by "J" that corresponds to TPS62806YKAT, that is completely different for our application.

Then we have ordered the same TPS62801YKAT from Digikey and again got device marked by "J" as on photos below.

What is going on there? Is it a problem of PDF Data sheet or it is global fail?

We need urgent answer because our production is suspended in the middle and incorrect device will damage our expensive CPU....

I am sure device specification IS a TECHNICAL QUESTION. And I need latest and VALID specification and confirmation of what is correct device marking for mentioned device. I do not ask you you solve an issue with distributors, but let me know actual and correct marking, that's it.

Hello Sergey,

the datasheet shows the correct markings.
My suggestion is to get in contact with the distributor.

Hello Sergey,

I have understood the problem. The J you see on the devices is not the device differentiator but the date code. The "+" indicating the device version is right next to the pin1 location. Below a picture from a TPS62801 EVM at the microscope.
