TPS63020: What is minimum Vin to deliver 5V/500mA output

Hi Team,

Can you help check whether it is possible for this device to deliver 5V/500mA output when input voltage is as low as 1.5V? If not, what is the minimum input voltage to maintain 5V/500mA output? Why?

Hello Hongjia,

minimum input voltage is 1.8V in this case.
The Vin should not be lower then 1.8V. The device has a Undervoltage lockout function which shut down the device when VIN falls below undervoltage lockout threshold (1.4 to 1.6V).
