Hi,

Our customer designed TPS61088， input +6~9V, output, +12V/500mA. When we test it, the have some chips burn out.

Please help to review our TPS61088 schematic and PCB, and give some suggestion, thanks!

Hi Xiaogang,

For the layout part, the IC's PGND should be poured with the output cap and input with a big whole copper plane, not only a single wire.

Hi Xiaogang,

For the sch part, the compensation network should be changed. Please use C17=4.7nF.
