TLV62084: ramp time

Hi Team,

My customer considers to use TLV62084 however ramp time (10mV/us) is faster in his application.
Is there any device that has slower ramp time in start-up?
I heard 5mV/us is ideal in his application.

The application requires 5Vin, 3.3Vout / 650mA(max) and same package (8 pin WSON) is ideal.

Hi Yaita-san,

I did a search with webench, The TPS62097 has a adjustable soft start feature and seems to fit the customer application condition, however the package is not the same but this has a fixed output version to 3.3V

Also the TLV62568 could probably fit their start up time requirement, did the customer already take a look at it?
