Will power remain applied if HFCLOCK is lost after device is up and running?

    Yes, power will be fine.

    The only modules affected would be the ones that require clocks that are derived from HFCLK. This include I2C, audio, USB. For more details on this you can refer the clock tree structure in the TRM. The tree shows the derived clocks and their destination.
