Hi Kai,

It appears that the Z suffix option is an improvement over the standard part. I will investigate further and get back to you.

Hi Kai,

The TPS57160Z-Q1 features a roughened lead frame in order to comply with the increased delamination requirements.

The standard device fully complies with the JEDEC standard, but the "zero delam" device can meet even higher, customer specific, standards if needed.
