Can you clarify what you mean by "F/W delete"? Are you sending the ManufacturerAccess() Shutdown command to initiate shutdown? What happens after this?

At R2, Value for Program Memory Area is changed during operation.
From programed any value to 0x003FFFFF.

I don't think a file was attached. However, some of the flash memory space is used by the firmware to record values and we do not publish detailed information on the firmware operation.

I do like to know the cause and remedy Program Memory Area has been modified.

Why does device modify the Program Memory Area? Is it normaly operation?

I cannot confirm if the behavior at this specific location is normal from the image. You would need to attach the file. I would need to request our firmware team to investigate to provide a definite response and this would take a few days.

Please see my last response to you. You had reported in a different thread that one specific flash location had changed and I had explained that data flash is sometimes used by the device to store values. Have you sent us the output file that I requested yet? Also, you need to answer my previous question: "Are you experiencing an issue or behavior in the device related to this observation?"

The frequency at which problems occur depending on the device varies, but once it occurs, the registers are refreshed and must be rewritten during operation.

I was able to have someone look at the picture you attached and the picture on the left definitely looks like something is wrong. This is not normal behavior.

Yes. Our customer builded 100 system boards. This issue on 6-boards.
They intend to mass produce if this situation ends.

I understand. For the 6 boards where they observed the issue, can they repeat the issue? If the issue is repeatable, that would be great because then they will be able to verify any potential solution. Can you also send me a schematic of the bq78350 circuit on their board?
