BQ25504EVM-674: Value to use for VBIAS when calculating resistor values

Hello I'm trying to set up the proper values for my resistors and when looking at the formulas in the data sheet it references a VBIAS. What is this value supposed to be? I found that 1.25V was used in the 3V coin battery setup. Is this just a standard value that applies to any battery?
