BQ40Z50: when i set pres high，，the DSG CHG mos close，but there is a 1.4~1.8V at pack+ ，why？

No, that doesn't have anything to do with the dsg pin or a DF config. The only thing I can think of is leakage because of some solder blob or a FET failure. Did you test your FETs?

To debug, try reflashing the fw and seeing if this can be reproduced. If it can, it's the hardware. That's the easiest way to confirm it.
