Hi, TPS53641 is designed following Intel spec, so you can refer to Intel PWM spec (doc#544905, Section 3.1.1) for the SVID timing specs. As long as you are following Intel guideline on the SVID routing, impedance, etc., there will be no compatibility issue with Intel Xeon CPUs.
