Hello TI,
We use TPS40210 design schematic from 12VDC boost to 40VDC, but output has no 48VDC and just input voltage pass through output by diode.
Remove Q900 switch FET and measure R901 and C908
a) 12VDC at BP pin
b) R901 always high 11VDC, not switching
I think 40210 already damage, but I have no idea what's parts cause 40210 damage? Could you provide your suggestion to me? Thanks!!
