RTOS/BQ501210: about wireless charging test problems

Our company bought the wireless charging DEMO  board from your company on june 27 .We tested and found some problems

1>The distance between the transmitting and receiving is not enough .test result does not exceed 2mm (test method: use 2mm thick plastic place to   between TX and RX . appear no receiving problem )      we have compare other brand of wireless charging  .as used same test result is 8mm that is good result.

2>The transmitting and receiving offset distance is not enough (The offset distance does not exceed 6mm)      .we have compare other brand of wireless charging  .as used same test result is 8mm.    

   remark: The main chip model used is bq501210evm-756.  Please analyze the cause of failure and can send email to my 644524113@qq.com

    The BQ501210 is not recommended for new design and the BQ501210EVM-756 has been removed from the TI web site. It is possible the unit was purchased from DigiKey, Arrow or other distributor. They would need to be contacted for return of the unit.

    Thank you for your reply. as you konw that BQ501210 demo board has not up to our requirements .We need Returns and refunds Please give us the Return policy and return code.
