Does LM5064 have thermal shutdown function?

If it is yes, please let me know the threshold and removal hysteresis value.

Hi Sasaki,

Yes. The default limits is 150C where the controller disables the external FET.

Hi Sasaki,

The Over temperature warning and shutdown thresholds can be programmed through the PMBus.
After shutdown, the device can be reset
by writing OPERATION (01h) register with a 0h and then 80h OR
Vin power cycle OR
reset at UVLO/EN pin

I think you are telling about temperature monitor by DIODE pin.

It is not which I want to know. I would like to know about device thermal shutdown.

There is no description about thermal shutdown on the datasheet.

Hi Sasaki-san,

The device (controller IC) does not have thermal shutdown function as it does not dissipate much power or pass current, thermal protection is not required.
