Hallo,

I am using the BQ24735EVM-710 Evaluation Module, but when I presse the ''read'' button of the Evaluation Software, it always says''error''.

I use EV2300 to communication, and I am sure that EV2300 transmits some signals to the SDA and SCL to the Board, but the Board has no reaction.

I did everything as the datasheet says and the connections are all right, so I am confused that why the Board doesn´t work.

I am hoping that you can tell me the reasons.

    Did you use that EV2300 before?
    If you have used that EV2300 before without any issue, please send me SDA and SCL waveform on the EVM.
    If you didn't use the EV2399 before, you can buy EV2400 to start your test.
