Are you using TI EVM? Did you check your supply voltage? It could be limitation from the supply voltage.

- A potentiometer set tp 50 ohms is connected to the load (current limit is set to 425 mA. This sentence is not clear. Do you mean the 50 Ohm potentiometer is connected in parallel to the load for adjusting the current limit?

I'm not using TI EVM; the chip is mounted within a board for a job project. I don't think that's a power supply voltage because the device is supplied with 6, 12 or 18 V. 

Here after the schematic to be clearer with you.

The potentiometer is connected as the load at one output of the chip (which is isolated from the rest of the circuit). I'm just using it to check the good behavior of the chip.

Thank you Mickael for sending the schematic! Is the CL pin left open? or the external current resistor is not shown? Would you please take the same scope picture and add the VS signal?

Hello, 

Here after VS, IN1 and OUT1 curves during their establishment. CL pin is connected to a 4K7 resistor in parallel with 100n capacitor to limit the current to 425 mA.
