TPS65094: RSMRSTB abnormal while operate at low temperature

Hi,

We found that while TPS650942A0 operate around 0 to -10 degreeC, the RSMRSTB will drop then goes high, drop, high......

But when the temperature lower to -25 to -40 degreeC, it become normal.

Do you have any ideal about this issue?

Chentsu,

Have you tried probing the voltage rails associated with that pin? (BUCK1, 4, and 5)

Can you communicate with the device so you can read the registers and check if any interrupts or powerfaults are being detected?

Is this only happening from 0 to -10 degrees? Hotter or colder temperatures are fine?

Hi Nick,

Yes, it happens only at the 0 to -10 degrees.

And the issue fixed after change a new IC, thanks for your help.
