Hi All,

VEN has variations. (DataSheet P.5)

Therefore, VSTART and VSTOP also vary.

I confirmed the variation of VEN by evaluation.

Increasing the temperature will raise VEN, and lowering the temperature decreases VEN.

What is the variation factor of VEN ?

Hi,
The VEN referce voltage is a voltage source inside IC, and it is influenced by temperature. Please note that the datasheet min and max limit is at full temperature from -40C to 125C.
