I saw TI release below PCN file 

May I know any layout or stencil need to modify for old design ?

    Thank you for posting.

    The new recommended stencil and pcb in the datasheet of the CSD86360Q5D was updated to improve our recommendation.
    We had received feedback that this stencil and pcb recommendation could be changed to improve solderability of our device for certain types of pcb which were extremely thick. If you have an existing design and have never seen any solderability issues in manufacturing then you should still be fine.
    If this is a new design or you are doing a redesign anyway then we recommend you use the new pcb and stencil recommendations in the latest datasheet to get the best results.
