Dear 

I am planning to buy the LM3434SQ-20AEV/NOPB but we have one query how to use PWM dimming, it shows  (shorting across the LED with a FET(s)), but we are unable find out the FET in the boards 

Requested to help us to understand how we use the dimming function after placing the load or Led.

    Hello Sumit,

    The BOM is above the schematic, Q5 and Q6 are the Shunt MOSFETs, they are; "Si7790DP"

    Pin 5 on J2 is the PWM input. It's in the EVM document in your link above. The bottom of page 5 shows a waveform of shunt FET dimming. It is inverted so when PWM is high the MOSFET is shunting. PWM is applied with respect to ground, see section 4 of the EVM document.
