art Number: TPS63031
Hi,
I am trying to design a battery operated low power device, and thus a buck boost converter circuit has been designed for the same using TPS63031. During the initial pcb test part by part, while measuring current consumption with pcb assembled with only a micro-controller and smd led and the TPS power circuit, the current consumption was 2 mA , when the micro-controller enters in sleep mode. But the same thing was tested again by excluding the power circuit and direct powering of the micro controller and led via lab supply, the current consumption was found to be 2.5 uA.
Also the current consumption at no load for the power circuit was found to be 200uA
I am attaching the power circuit schematic image for reference., and also note that inductor used in the circuit is 10uH.
It would be great to know where things got wrong.
Regards,
Amit K
