Hello Robin,

You can use a small signal Schottky such as a BAT54 for this application.

Hi John,

Because the customer need to make sure the Diode is not a bonding or special one, really general on market, so can you provide some more part number that pass your test?

Hi Robin,
You can use this link to the Digikey website.
It will give you over 260 parts that are small signal Schottky diodes with a 200mA forward current rating.

Any of these parts are worth evaluating
