TPS62175: Low Iq Power solution

The TPS62175 with its sleep mode is a good solution for the 5Vout rail. It cannot make 12V, however.

Let me check with another group for that IC.

I need total standby current current under 10uA as below.

Vin: 16~26V
Vout: 12V/0.5A & 5V/0.5A
Standby current under 10uA with 12V & 5V output.

Hi Eric,

Can you explain your system a bit more and provide some more details of your requirements? It sounds to me like you need a system which can provide 8.5W total, but which consumes 260uW at worst case? This is quite difficult and maybe impossible.

Do both 12V and 5V need to be on when the limit is 10uA?

Do you have an MCU in the system? You usually need 3.3V or 1.8V for it.

The TPS7A16 (an LDO) is another option, with a higher power buck in parallel.

Now this product is Power Tool with 6 Series Li-ion Battery System.

So Power tree is below.

25.2Vin --> 12V/0.5A (Driver) --> 5V/0.5A (MCU)

Now we need system standby current under 10uA and how can implement it?

Do use TPL5XXX but can't find high voltage power solution?

May we have your suggestion for our reference again?
