TPS53015: UVP of TPS53015, what's the turn on time delay when short circuit?

Hi team,

You know our datasheet says, the device TPS53015 will respond UVP after 2.2ms and  1ms will latch.

so if we short the output before enable, what;s the turn on time? it's 2.2ms or 3.2ms. Thanks.
