Dear TI:
My customer used TPS54528 for 12V-->5V/2A, when the PCBA test, this are 3pcs TPS54528 SW pin short to GND, total test 50PCS.
Customer test PCBA used a test machine, the PCBA is put in the groove of machine, and the machine thimble will contect PCBA for test. We fould the PCBA doesn't fit well with the groove every time, when the PCBA not fit well, the test thimble will let 5V out short to GND. And we do some output short test, like short 5V and GND before power up; like after power up , 5V out normal, then short 5V to GND, the TPS54528 will do OCP, and doesn't distroy.
So I want to know, what conditiions will distroy TPS54528, and let SW short to GND?
